the pass plus scheme
The Pass Plus scheme is a course designed by the DSA
(Driving Standards Agency), and is aimed at new
drivers. Statistics show that new drivers are more
likely to have an accident in the first 2 years of
driving due to the lack of experience - this is
where pass plus can help.

Practical Modules in the Pass Plus:
Driving in Town
Driving in All Weathers
Driving on Rural Roads
Driving at Night
Driving on Dual Carriageways
Driving on Motorways
If you hold a Full UK Driving licence you are
eligible to take part in the Pass Plus scheme. You
will be required to complete all the above modules
at either an achieved or exceeded standard and will
be assessed throughout the course, but will not need
to take a test at the end.
Price of Pass Plus
The Price we charge for the Pass Plus scheme
is only £130 and will consist of a minimum of 6
hours (if additional hours are needed they will be
charged at £21). This price will include a free
pupil’s guide and progress report so you can prepare
for each session and each aspect of the modules, as
well as keep track of how well you are doing.
Save you money!
The Pass Plus scheme is not only beneficial
for new drivers in gaining valuable experience and
to build on existing knowledge and skills, but can
also save you money on car insurance, there are many
companies offering savings once you have completed
the course which in many cases can be more than the
price of the course!!
Leavesley’s Driving School are happy to provide you
with a list of companies taking part in the scheme. |
